• Joe Kozlowski is the chief cook and bottle washer at his company Kworks Publishing LLC (2009 – ). Formerly the editor and publisher of the Ricoh Office Products Intelligence (OPI) Report (1998-2009), Joe currently contributes his daily news flash, Document Solutions Daily. Joe’s past also includes Ricoh staff computer literacy training (1994-2003); Project Management at Ricoh, with a background in social sciences from Syracuse University & Shimer College.
