You have it. Thousands don't. It's not easy to do what you did on the video, never mind how short it was. I have my own reservations about Seesmic - but they are not relevant here. Your post was spot on for the purpose!

  • Thanks, Ken... I would love to hear your thoughts on the varied services. I see some people used Viddler, YouTube, Vimeo, etc... I landed on Seesmic b/c so many are using it in FriendFeed and Loic (the founder) is a really nice guy - and I like supporting nice guys ;-)

Shoot me an e-mail at ken [at] changeforge.com if you get a chance. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Look, I''m certainly no expert with any of these that you mention though I have used Youtube and Vimeo, but only embedding previously recorded vids that others have produced.

I don't know if you have heard of Chris Brogan. He uses his own vids. He is also a supremely excellent blogger - one of the world's best, if not THE best. Check out his site.

  • I liked the TweetDeck sound during the broadcast. Unmistakable.

It's clear you're testing. Looking forward to a real video post to see what you've got in store.
  • Ken that was awesome. Not too long, not too short, no rambling, your facial expressions are classic! Keep doing video, I am a fan! ;)
  • Mona, coming from you - that's a real compliment! I was afraid I might break the camera :-D

    Thanks for stopping by...
  • Wholly cow! It didn't scared the BE-GESUS OUTTA ME.
Video is a bit fuzzy... and their is a rasp to the audio, but otherwise a great addition.
    Looking forward to more!
Now I have a face to the name
  • One day, you'll have to reciprocate. Wait, I don't even know your name ;-)

The audio and video, I will have to work on. Seesmic compresses it a bit, and I'm not sure on the audio except that I have a cheap mic... I'll have to invest in that as I continue.
