However, I must differ on the point of vision.<br><br>Vision has to be more than just optimism. I can be optimistic that the economy will recover in February of 2009, but will it? I can be optimistic I will get that promotion next year, but what am I doing to ensure it? Vision has to be more deliberate than just being "hopeful". Max, I agree with you on most points.
