		<description>Many companies use ERP, ERM, CRMs but fail to realize that unless they mine the data, it&#039;s totally useless. In my view Business Intelligence is something important as it gives you a good feel of trends and you can know what areas you&#039;re lacking.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Most companies just go through the motion and hop onto the technoloy band wagon and send their staffs for training, not knowing the ultimate goal of the whole exercise. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Most companies don&#039;t even have a Business Intelligence Manager. The BI guy is typically the Indian Programmer Analyst who just provides the reports on demand. Sad.</description>
